What is the current behavior?
When I install the PWA on my iPad, the icon just shows the site, shrunk down
What is the new behavior?
We can have the proper CodeSandbox icon on the homescreen!

I love this client. Wanted to add it to my iPad homescreen as I don't have a laptop currently. That missing icon really bothered me so I added it to the manifest and generated the appropriate icons. Great work you're doing here.
