It looks like <link rel="preload" with as="style" and as="script" doesn't work.
How has this issue affected you? What are you trying to accomplish?
Having a minimal code example with <link rel="preload" href="styles.css" as="style" /> & <link rel="preload" href="script.js" as="script" />.
