Show user's name in user/show #458
Description
On the show page for the User object, you should be able to see the attendee's name. Additionally the title of the page should be replaced with the attendee's full name. See screenshot below for example. The attendee's name should also be listed under User Information as "First name: Chris\n Last name: Baudouin:
