@taylorwaggoner Thanks for your reply. I referenced #1326 , I want to be treated like non-profits. I originally intended to select 'Participant is a non-profit organization' in the form. However, referencing #1326 , I ultimately selected 'Neither of the above'.

All we have is a github repo(https://github.com/eb-k8s/kubeaver), Apache License 2.0) . There is no organization, it's just a github opensource repository, not part of any profit-making entity.

@Waylon-cn thanks for getting back to me. Please re-send the participation form with the nonprofit box checked (that is the proper way, per these guidelines: https://github.com/cncf/k8s-conformance/blob/master/faq.md#what-about-community-distributions)

One other issue is your logo. Using the Kubernetes logo as part of your product logo goes against The Linux Foundation's trademark policy: https://lfprojects.org/policies/trademark-policy/

To remedy, you'll need to remove the Kubernetes logo from your Kubeaver logo.

Please let me know when this has been completed and I can review the PR.
