Give the world a clear way to contact us

On our web page footer, under "Contact", we list Twitter and a lengthy-ish form for feedback on our data visualization, but we don't give people a way to contact us for other reasons.

We should give people (e.g. journalist, fellow researchers, government officials) an easy way to contact us. This could be email address(es), or a form. The easiest might be email address(es) using the '+' construct, so we can list for example:
delphi+press@cmu.edu
delphi+research@cmu.edu
delphi+government@cmu.edu
delphi+PublicHealth@cmu.edu
delphi+inquiries@cmu.edu
etc.
(Of course, we need to own 'delphi@cmu.edu' first).

The idea behind the explicit list is to suggest which groups we might want to hear from. Alternatively, we can just start with a single address:
delphi+inquiries@cmu.edu
and see what we get.
