Fix links to lists of locations for non-COVID endpoints #578
Description
The request documentation for our non-COVID endpoints seems to link back into the source code assuming you're browsing from the source tree and not from github.io. These links need to be changed to absolute links with an https prefix.
- list of region labels for FluView and FluView Clinical
- list of location labels for FluSurv
Possibly others -- do a search to be sure.
