- Added variables for TLS settings in main.yml and argument_specs.yml.
- Added task to render web.yml for TLS configuration.
- Modified prometheus.service.j2 to include TLS configuration if enabled.
- Created web.yml.j2 template for TLS server configuration.
- Updated README.md to reflect new TLS capabilities.
