The initial implementation of the Terraform creation of CDP pre-reqs in cloudera.exe had a mix of Jinja and TF in the Terraform resource files.
This PR moves the Jinja templating into Terraform auto variable files.
This means the Terraform resource files are standalone and can be run separate from the Ansible if desired, once appropriate TF variable values are provided.
