Expected behavior

Current behavior

See https://www.chartjs.org/docs/latest/samples/scales/time-combo.html, The tooltips show the wrong date (17 instead of 18)

I think the sample should be changed adding the ticks.source:

        ticks: {
          source: 'data'
        },
