Typo checker needs to include shapes in concept set #85
Description
The CDO IRI typo checker implemented for 40 did not include sh:Shapes. This unfortunately triggers a warning when referencing any CDO shape that is not also an OWL class. One concept where this arose was uco-core:UcoThing-identifier-regex-shape, a shape provided so users would have the option of disabling UUID review.
