User can not change password

In V3 there is no option to change a password as a normal user without administrator permissions. I would suggest, that this should be possible in the profile configuration where the user can change his own profile.

@tgrymatt this is a really good spot! I wish Filament already had a profile editing page built in, but it doesn't. We need to provide a panel for this.
