Updated installer to work with #R11
added default theme as "battlecity"
updated changelog name to only be "changelog.txt", that way we can keep all changes in one place, and just make sections in it where/when releases are out
added more text to README, note: still not finish
Removed some debug, no need to be on all the time.

+ update header tags to right syntax + code cleaning
+ added "showtime" option to website setting console, so people are able to turn the clocks on or off + updated installer to support this new option + updated sql files to support this new option + bit code cleaning + added new script header tags Note: Only batllecity is changed to support this, I will get all other themes loaded, and do the changes to them as well, only few lines to change
