Change the peerDependencies version on package.json for more accurate ones

Currently, the peerDendencies described on the package.json are not as accurate as they could be.

Take an example on the parent project ngx-deploy-starter to be more accurate.

The benefit of this change is mainly express explicit backward compatibility
