- Added ability to strip a base path from incoming requests if you have a custom domain name base path mapping in API Gateway
- Basic implementation of RequestDispatcher for Spring MVC
- Fixed bug with multipart form processing and added unit tests

Added the `stripBasePath(String)` method to the LambdaContainerHandler object.
Changed the ContainerConfig property to be static
