Description of changes
Execute test_build_image on both x86 and arm instance types, both for develop and released branch
Extending the ARM coverage in develop may be considered overkilling because in develop we do have the stage where we build images actually proving that it works. However, it is good to have this coverage because the build image stage may not have rebuilt the image.
