[Feature] Support Hugging Face Accelerate for training

This is the request to add SSH Helper support for Accelerate with SageMaker:

The training jobs are launched by accelerate launch ./examples/sagemaker_example.py which is a limiting factor for SSH Helper and other capabilities.
