Maintenance: update roadmap

Summary

In the past month we have released two new utilities in public beta: Idempotency and Batch Processing. Because of this, we need to update the roadmap page to reflect the current status.

Why is this needed?

So that the document is up to date and customers can have a clear idea of what are our priorities moving forward.
