Cluster: when down(self) is issued, run last election and stop leadership actors? #351
Description
Just an idea and not really critical as we should issue a shutdown then anyway.
To consider:
- should the leadership do anything special if we notice we are going down?
Or not really, since we should issue a system shutdown, and thus end up in stopping leadership that way?
Best to wait it out until people have demands for leadership specifics IMHO. Just noting it down for food for thoughts here.
