skippedChainAliasesInOevAuctionHouseNativeCurrencyRateValidation was not intended for the period between Csur and Cint, but instead for chains whose gas token we didn't have a feed for yet. To use it to help CI pass until Cint, do either of the following:

• Add steps to Csur (add chain to the list) and Cint (remove chain from the list)
• When you add the chain to the list, create an issue in this repo ("chain x in the list - remove with its Cint")
