This is a URL to a checksum, but the PR title says it should refer to downloads.apache.org? Could you clarify, please?

tar.gz, tgz, zip artifacts (source and binary distributions) are using dlcdn, the asc, sha512 are still using downloads.

@flyrain with dlcdn users can automatically download from a mirror close to them. It avoids to "saturate" downloads.apache.org and speed up for users. |
