In
PolarisAdminServicewe have a group ofauthorizePrivilegeOn*andgrantPrivilegeOn*/revokePrivilegeOn*methods for privilege grant/revoke on catalog, namespace, table, view, etc. This PR reduce the code duplication merging them intoauthorizeGrantOnEntityOperationOrThrowandmanagePrivilegeOnEntityForRole.
