Describe the bug

I encountered the following problem when I followed the build instructions in https://polaris.apache.org/in-dev/unreleased/quickstart/：

My execution order was：

1. ./gradlew build
2. ./gradlew runApp

I don't know if I missed any steps.

Hi @LeoLong0325, please see #700. Some things are still catching up to after some large refactors that happened recently.

For now, you may find it convenient to use the 0.9.x branch.
