Site dropdown menus don't work on mobile

I recently visited the site on my phone, where I noted that the dropdown menus [Docs & Releases, Community, ASF] do not appear to work.

I found the same couple months back but never got to the root clause...It is same for Android and can be verified via chrome in mobile mode as well.

Maybe it got fixed but due to diff css, it is not looking great on mobile.

Don't think this one needs to target a milestone, web site changes can happen any time.

I think, we need a "proper" set of labels, we have collected a bunch of, say, "interesting" labels. Guess that deserves a public discussion though.

Yeah, agree. The purpose about website label is to identify issue specific to the website that can be "fixed" anytime outside of release cycle.
