Fix `PolarisServiceImplIntegrationTest` failures

PolarisServiceImplIntegrationTest is failed on:

• testCreateCatalogWithoutStorageConfig()
• testCreateCatalogWithoutProperties()

At least, on my box (MBP M2/arm).

OK, found the issue: the test assertion depends of locale. I will propose a PR to "force" the locale to avoid issue.
