Support accessors for ManifestMetadata fields #1012
Description
Fields of ManifestMetadata are private and there is no way to access them in application code.
I want obtain the partition field corresponding to partition values for a ManifestEntry ( present as sub-field of DataFile). Without access to paritition_spec_id from ManifestMetadata, this is not possible.
