release a 1.0.0 version

• make sure the changelog is up to date
• setup a release job on github
• hope the CI of the people who use the plugin wont break 🤞

I just noticed that the last version still point to gitlab for the homepage but the setup.cfg is up to date here so releasing would fix this (minor) issue.
