It shows up as out of date with base branch, but not conflicting. It appears that the master branch is still in need of these updates?

It was out of date. I looked for docs on how to make @renovate-bot update it but couldn't find any.

@mprobst it unfortunately is a little tricky due to the forking behaviour. Through the web UI you by default grant read/write privileges on forks to parent repo maintainers but seems that hasn't happened when the fork was done via API.

I have invited you and @alexeagle as collaborators to the fork https://github.com/renovate-bot/tsickle-1/ (please ignore the first invite to https://github.com/renovate-bot/tsickle, that was an old fork now deleted). Being a collaborator should enable the "Update branch" button for you in this repo whenever there's a Renovate PR.
