Ink bar is missing on the tab group

Ink bar is not showing up on my workstation but it is showing up on my mac. Not sure the root cause but likely related to #2372

Update: Starting to look like it's an issue with Chrome 57 (beta)

Found the issue and will create a PR shortly. Issue is related to Chrome 57 not liking that elements with display: flex may have a direct child with position: absolute and trying to position that child.
