Cover routerLinkActive in the Routing & Navigation guide #1882
Description
I spent a bunch of time today trying to understand router internals in order to implement something that ended up being super trivial once I discovered the existence of routerLinkActive. For the benefit of others, please consider adding some coverage or at least a mention of this to the routing guide.
