MCP Plugin doesn't support remote servers #219
Description
Since I switch between various coding agents/mcp clients, it would be ideal if I could use the OptiLLM MCP Plugin to centralize my MCP Server configuration.
Unfortunately, it only supports local MCP servers at this time.
Adding support for remote MCP servers and specifically streamable HTTP would be ideal.
