Transparency Enhancements

- add direct editing of tranparency values (not just a slider, but also a textbox:
    > allow only values between 30% and 100%
    > edit the slider accordingly
- add editing of trancparency by using ctrl + mouse wheel, when the mouse hovers over the "trancparency" area.
