[ENH]: Install pytorch for CPU in onnx.sh

Suggestion feature

Right now onnx.sh is installing regular pytorch, but it is also installing packages for the GPU environment, which is taking a long time.
Change for CPU environment to avoid unnecessary installation.

Is this a feature to be added to the GUI or to the package?
