PCF: Fix font metrics of "5x8.pcf" #40

Notably, this affected the "5x8.pcf" font, giving an incorrect bounding box.

I tested this out on:
Adafruit CircuitPython 6.2.0-beta.3-36-g103632f44 on 2021-03-07; Adafruit PyPortal with samd51j20
And confirmed it does resolve the issue with multi-line labels that use the 5x8.pcf font file linked in #38

This closes #38 -- 5x8.pcf.zip now has metrics
(5, 8, 0, -1), matching the bdf version of the font.This PR also adds some const() declarations and fixes pylint problems in tests/.
