`node-fetch-h2` not installed

This package imports a dependency - node-fetch-h2 - but it is not installed by this package, at least directly. This causes the import to fail for PNPM because of its strictness regarding access to subdependencies.

The error I see is this:

Error: Cannot find module 'node-fetch-h2'

The solution is either to use node-fetch instead (which is declared as a dependency) or include node-fetch-h2 in the dependencies.
