This PR adds the "releases" directory, all 3 firmware build variations: DEFAULT, NOSPRITE7, and VIDEO-ONLY, and the README.pdf file with instructions for performing firmware updates on the a2n20v2 multicard. Once merged to main in the primary repo, a tagged GH release will be generated containing ONLY these files. /JN
