WIP: Define stages dev and qa

I think I want to define these goals for this branch:

• It should be clear what to run in order to get the proper dev experience
  • This means that the container should use jest's own watch, not the continuous watch implemented through the reporter
• It should be possible to apply something that fits a QA/CI/CD environment
  • This means that the container should rerun the tests a couple of times before it stops.
  • It should stop after X successful runs
  • It should stop after X minutes, or stop after X unsuccessful runs
