Find a good name for the project

As mentioned in #1 and in #4 the naming "VirtualCSS" is not optimal. Therefore let's use this issue to brainstorm for possible names.

In my own projects I've been calling my implementation MSS, M for modular. I will gladly post my code as soon as I've added more features. :)
