Add an option to replace all the occurrences

Description

The loader currently uses String.prototype.replace() to replace the first occurrence of the given search parameter. But I think it would be nice to add an option to replace all the occurrences in the file with String.prototype.replaceAll().

For what it's worth, I ended up moving to webpack-string-replacer, which seems to include this functionality by default :)

Sample usage:

new WebpackStringReplacer({
  rules: [{
    fileInclude: /\.(js|jsx)$/,
    replacements: [
      {
        pattern: 'test:',
        replacement: 'replaced test',
      }
  }],
})

If you use a regex, you can use the g flag to make the replacement global. For example, write pattern: /test:/g.
