Now, by default, all the created graphs are listed in the window top-left list, but it is still possible to show one (or more) specific graphs using GraphVisualizerClient.Show().

The graphs created by the engine (through the Animator or the Director component for instance) are prefixed by their GameObject name, making it easier to understand from where the graphs come.

I'm wondering... maybe I should merge this PR in a new 2018.1 branch instead of master... Well, I can still take feedbacks first, then we'll see! 😉

- Add blank lines between paragraphs
- Use proper Markdown syntax
