This PR introduces an in-project readme to the sample. This will be used as a foundation for the rest of the bitesize samples, with most of the readme transferrable to other samples (just have to update header, first/second sections, and png).
@jilfranco-unity do you want to add in a fun png for the readme? I just used a texture from the project, but we can be creative here since there aren't any icons for the project.
