Increase readability for network manager

  • Improves the readability of the NetworkManager by increasing the fontsize.
  • Some small styling improvements (simplify USS, remove Inline Styling)
  • Adjust UI Document to use the same Scaling as the uGUI canvas
  • Adds focus state for UI to enable TAB navigation
