fix the error of wxwork qrcode fetch

1. fsevents is needed only on MacOS, so add an optional dependencies attr in packages.json
2. webpack-cli/bin/xxx not found and it leads to the failure of running the dev server, so downgrade it
3. fetch wxwork oauth key from sso.hustunique.com now
