Fix revision history in about page

The revision history in [about page](https://trivadis.github.io/plsql-and-sql-coding-guidelines/v4.3/#revision-history) 

- contains a dead link for Trivadis db* CODECOP. Point it to the GitHub page(s), e.g. the CLI on https://github.com/Trivadis/plsql-cop-cli 
- claims that Kim is still working for Trivadis and maintaining these guidelines. Update history.
