Write Oracle Database instead of Oracle

In #122 a consistent Case of "Oracle" was introduced. In the restriction section "Oracle Database" instead of "Oracle" was used. In this sense, the following changes should be made:

• "Oracle 11g" -> "Oracle Database 11g" (G-2230, G-7810)
• "Oracle 12c" -> "Oracle Database 12c" (G-3170)

The term "Oracle supplied PL/SQL packages" is used in the documentation. See https://docs.oracle.com/en/database/oracle/oracle-database/19/arpls/index.html . Hence we should keep this term and not add "Database" in this case.

Accepted usages are

• Oracle products such as Oracle SQL Developer, Oracle SQL*Plus, etc.
• Oracle Data Dictionary
• Oracle supplied packages
• Oracle predefined exceptions
• Oracle as company, e.g in reason of G-5070 or G-7510

I used this regex

[^\./]Oracle(?!((\sDatabase)|(\sSQL)|(\ssupplied)|(\sData Dictionary)|(('s)?\spredefined)|(\sdoing\ssomething)|(\.\sWhile)))

to find all occurrences of Oracle to be changed.
