Logviewer was replaced by #579 because it was semi-broken, no one was able to maintain it and essentially it was shut down for quite some time already.
It is deadweight, we dont want deadweight. So we remove it now. Dont be too sad, its in the git history. We can always resurrect it if wanted.
While at it, I also updated the docker-compose example file (based on the develop setup on the VPS).
