Add close hint to help thread description

People frequently do not /close their threads. (Despite it being explained in #ask_here)

We should add a small hint on using /close to the initial description/explanation that is given when creating a new help thread.

I.e. adjust the messages in ImplicitAskListener.java and AskCommand.java to add a hint like:

Please use /close once your question has been answerer, thanks.

Just to be clear, we just want to adjust the messages themselves to remind the user to /close when their question has been answered? I see a few opportunities to just elaborate on existing messages.

This particilar issue only talks about adjusting the static text that is given when a thread is created:

This text should have some Please use /close once your question has been answerer, thanks.

Adding such a reminder after the thread had no activity for x time would be another (good) story.

Might need to bold it also since I'm assuming a lot of people just skip all that. Might be able to get the attention of some people.

Yes, but I feel like it would be kinda less friendly to make it bold. And the rest of the message is even more important.

If people still overlook it, I feel the better option is to do said "remind to close after x time inactivity"

Would it make more sense to add the /close reminder to the HelpSystemHelper.java class so it appears with all the stuff posted with the "While you're waiting..." message? Or do we specifically want it in the initial message where the asker is pinged?

Thoughts on using the new Slash Command mention letting the user know to /close. The format is: </NAME SUBCOMMAND_NAME:ID>
Won't be flashy but still will make it obvious it's a command.

Yes, But I would do that later in another PR. First, it has to be standard on all discord clients (which it isnt yet) and second it has to be done properly, so for example using that one utility class we have DiscordXXX (cant remember the name), which provides helpers for all "magic text".

Personally disagree

Discord released the future, waiting for (non beta) Android is a waste of time. The feature improves UX majorly, and even if your client doesn't support it, you can just overtype it.

(You can't copy paste on Android either way), so you're not harming anyone's UX, just improvement.

The Discord until class won't help much either way, it only adds more text. All it'd do is add </>.
Don't find that a priority myself
