Create secret gist

Is it possible to add a parameter in the create_gist method that allows creating secret gists ?

I have a pr in for this change (#14), until it gets merged you can just use my fork in your requirements.txt:

git+https://github.com/jab416171/gistyc.git#egg=gistyc

You can just pass in public=False to create_gist
