This migrations accounts for a major revision for the project

Stack change

  • Migrated from react-hash-router to next app router
  • Incorporated shadcn ui for components
  • Shifted to tailwind from bootstrap

UI change

  • Major change in overall theme
  • Re positioned the control menu from top to sidebar
