No, it is not.

• Title and Author MetaTags have been inserted into the document

Title is there. I'm not sure about the Author MetaTags.

• If applicable, steps and instructions have been tested to work on a real system

I've done this myself on my server. I retested with example.com until the last step as I didn't want to populate the mirror list with bad data.

• Did you perform an initial self-review to fix basic typos and grammatical correctness

Yes. But I'd be surprised if I got them all this late at night. :-)
