Am I reading this right that the next minor release will be in 2024? Asking because I have a branch that requires bumping the numpy min pin to 1.23 (which, according to NEP29 we cannot do till January).

The release has been pushed up from February 22nd to February 31st 29th to fully accommodate the planned work in this release.

oops, I'd gotten mixed up with the calendar there, it should be the 29th.
